Continuous Quality Improvement

At the DSYTC we aim to provide the most scientifically validated treatment interventions possible and everything we do is subject to continuous quality improvement (CQI).

Ultimately, CQI entails continuously evaluating ourselves and working to improve – each and every day. In so doing, we regularly garner feedback from major stakeholders, including surveys of youth, caregivers, staff and referrals sources. This feedback allows us to identify and refine our noted strengths and to address any and all areas for improvement.

Our programs and services are placed under constant evaluation and review in accordance with our unwavering high standards of care. We also participate in relevant research activities so to advance collective knowledge development and sharing within the addiction and mental health sector.
