An assessment is used to determine the extent of each youth's substance use and co-occurring issues as well as treatment options.  Depending on the client's individual situation, they may be suited to programming available at the Centre and/or be referred to another community treatment agency.  When a youth is accepted into one of the Centre's programs, a treatment plan is collaboratively developed and the client is assessed on an on-going basis.  Psychiatric assessments are also available at the Centre.
