Callers to the DSYTC are provided information about both the programs the Centre offers as well as other relevant services   in the community, depending on their personal needs.

The following steps outline the best way to access DSYTC clinical services:

  • Call the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre at 613-594-8333, Monday – Friday, 0900-1630
  • When prompted, dial “0” to reach reception and ask to speak with the “Intake Worker”
  • If not with another client, the Intake Worker will be available to communicate at that time.  However, if the Intake Worker is not able to answer the phone immediately, leave a message and a Substance Abuse Counsellor will return your call in as timely a manner as possible (generally within an hour or two).
