When you support the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre, you are investing in the well-being and future of our community. Your support makes an immense difference in the lives of both local youth and their families.  It is estimated that for every ($1) dollar invested in youth substance abuse treatment, more than $7 of future costs are saved (e.g., loss of productivity, health care, criminal justice, etc).  Of course, this does not even take into account the human costs that are saved with such an investment - which are incalculable.

The young people who receive treatment at the Centre are our children's classmates, friends, future colleagues and family members and they all deserve to have timely access to effective treatment programming, such as that offered at the DSYTC.
